A perfect Collection
Johnnie Walker 18, Platinum Label

Johnnie Walker Platinum Label, garrafa e Caixa
Formerly known as Platinum Label, this blend is made from up to 18 different whiskies that have matured for at least 18 years in oak casks.
The nose combines sweet fruit, vanilla, honeysuckle and might even remind you of a sweet Sauvignon Blanc. The palate is smooth, creamy vanilla, subtle caramel, almond and a tiny bit of smokiness that carries on to the finish on par with dark chocolate. This is a truly wonderful, superb whisky.

Johnnie Walker Green Label

This whiskey is crafted from a palette of Highland, Lowland, Speyside and Island malts that mature for a minimum of fifteen years. The aim is a perfect balance between fruit, sandalwood, vanilla and crisp cut grass.
The nose fills with the aromas of cut grass and fresh fruit with pepper, vanilla and sandalwood. I loved the sandalwood. The palate is deep notes of oak and cedar combined with fruits and some floral notes. The finish is, as always, smoky but with Green Label you get a taste of sea salt as well.

Johnnie Walker Gold Label

Johnnie Gold is one of those whiskies you savour for special nights. Sweet honey, toffee, herbs fill the nose. The palate is caramel fudge, vanilla, tropical fruit and honey. The finish combines all of the above into long, lingering, subtle smokiness.

Johnnie Walker Black Label

Johnnie has a distinct place in the world of whiskies. It has a tremendous value for money, a true icon for Johnnie Walker. Using whiskies aged for a minimum of 12 years has given it a smooth, recognizable character. Ideal to share with friends.
In the nose, you might get a sweet vanilla, but the scent of tropical fruits is unmissable. The palate is toffee and oak. As per the Johnnie Walker tradition, the finish is smoky.
A favorite for people new to whiskeys but also, people who know their whiskies!

Johnnie Walker Red Label

Johnnie Red… Ah, the whisky of my youth, the first whisky I ever tried. I felt so cool ordering it in pubs and clubs! But, let us walk away from memory lane to the drink itself.
Johnnie red is the pioneer blend, the one that made Johnnie Walker famous. To the best of my knowledge is the bestselling whisky in the world. The finish is, as in all their whiskeys, long, lingering and smoky. Cinnamon and pepper combine right in the centre of your tongue. The nose is fresh zest from the Highlands and Speyside.
Perfect for parties and get-togethers!

With Ginger Beer:
The Peat Monster by Compass Box
A peated blended whisky from the beloved Compass Box. This is not the peatiest or smokiest whisky you can find, not at all. Its value is the blending of kipper-like smokiness, fruity sweetness and spices. It is also non-chill filtered. My love for peatiness is well-known and this is in my top5, I recommend it without a doubt.

Hedonism by Compassbox
Silky smooth whiskey with a tiny bit of bourbon creaminess. There is vanilla in the nose, liquor elements, even strawberry. The palate has a bit of pistachio, toffee and cocoa. The finish is peppery and rather smoky. A whisky definitely worth it’s money and a great entry to the whisky world for anyone interested.
Moreover, Compassbox is a company that any whisky enthusiast should know, they are innovating in all areas with great results.

Ardbeg 10
Ardbeg is not a drink. Ardbeg is an experience. Ardbeg is Islay, is Scotland, is peat. You can’t have Ardbeg while you watch a movie. Ardbeg demands your attention… and earns it. No compromises, no shortcut. Ardbeg is the real deal. My current favourite whisky. 5/5. Buy it.
